Subject: How to set no tax for out of state buyers? – by: chanjay

Hi,

I believe I have configured the tax correctly. I have setup the zone group for California, defined the tax classes parameters, and set all the products data to taxable items. When I did the transaction testing from out of state, it still charged me for CA tax.

Did I miss something here?
